Urban Kids Mobile Creche complies with Ofsted’s guidelines to ensure Health and Safety.

• Child staff ratios are as follows: Child adult Under 3 years old 1 to 3 max. 3-5 years old 1 to 5 max 5-8 years old 1 to 8 max 
• The venue needs to be suitable with toilet facilities nearby. 
• The venue needs to be booked an hour earlier to your event, and the same at the end, to enable us to set up the toys and pack away. 
• At least one carer will hold a current first aid certificate and we carry our own first aid box, which is checked at the end of each session. This is make sure that equipment is replaced as and when it’s used.
• A sign in and out system is used with a password, so that the person, who signs in the child, is the same one who collects the child.
• We always carry mobile phones with us, so we are easily contacted.
• All toys that are used at an event are cleaned afterwards. We maintain high standards of hygiene.

We work to and above these guidelines to ensure that all children’s needs are met. 

Please note that the room used by the creche cannot be shared by any other provision.
